Online & In-Person Sessions
Each week we will dive into the seven key ares of self awareness. Each sessions will be tailored to the individuals pace and processing. We will explore methods of reslience such as yoga, meditation, breathework, art, writting and dance. Some sessions may include feild trips for inspiration and connection.
Outdoor Therapy Excursions
Each individual will start to create a tool box of reslience to help them find balance in their seven areas of focus. Based on each person we will plan outdoor day trips such as hiking, mountain biking and kyaking.
As we grow into a collective Rebels will host seasonal Meet-Ups to provide a sense of community support
